The planner is structured in 7 chapters, each with its own specific structure and tools for making your task as simple and easy as possible.
Chapter 1 is designed for writing down your wedding's most important details (location, number of guests, flower and decor, photo sessions, guest accommodation ideas, etc.), basically everything related to your own vision about the whole event.
Chapter 2 allows you to get a realistic idea of your wedding's expenses through a table and several layouts where your main costs categories will be highlighted and detailed according to your needs.
Chapter 3 provides simple layouts where you can add all the details regarding the venue, including contact information from the restaurant, menu options, lightning, decorations or other services available, and all the other important things you need to decide upon when it comes to the location of your wedding party
Chapter 4 allows you to write down all the essential information concerning the purchasing of your attires, such as the names and contact info of bridal shops, details about each of the clothing pieces, and prices so you can later recall this information and make the right decision. In this chapter you will also find several layouts that will help you to choose your bridesmaids clothing and accessories.

Each category of services and products offered by a certain vendor has its own section to fill with specific details (name, contact number, website, and important details regarding the products and services they offer).
Chapter 6 provides tables for you to fill in with the names and details of the guests and layouts where you can sketch out their seating at the ceremony. You are also provided with a check-list for you to complete when sending the invitation and when you receive the confirmation.
Chapter 7 provides you with the necessary tools for you to analyze your initial estimated budget and compare it to the real one. You can do this very easily by filling each line in the tables provided in this chapter as you go along with your planning or right at the end of your planning phase. Whatever works for you is fine.
