Journals & Notebooks

Journals are extraordinary healing tools that help us put into words and verbalize our greatest challenges, traumas, dreams and aspirations. Letting it all out can be a very effective form of healing in itself and it is definitely the starting point of each healing journey. In the following section you will find different types of journals which I created with specific goals in mind. 

I believe that gratitude journals are very useful as they can be used  to remind us of all the things and people we should be thankful for in life. They can also create a  strong foundation for achieving a positive mindset- which is essential for our mental and physical health.

 

Notebooks on the other hand- can be very useful tools for keeping things organized. In this fast pacing world we have to continuously find ways to adapt and maintain a sense of order in our daily chaos. An effective way to do that is to use these specifically designed tools, notebooks, journals, and workbooks and make sure you have it all under control.
